We strive to ensure every client’s satisfaction, however, in the unfortunate circumstance that a client must return an item, Lapeef will only be able to provide a store credit as compensation, as we do not issue monetary refunds for items purchased. The item must be returned within 45 days, and the client is able to use the store credit to request a different item, as long as that item is of the same value as the original purchase. In some cases, a restocking fee will apply, especially on made-to-order items. This restocking fee shall not exceed 25% of the full purchase amount (minus shipping). The restocking fee is necessary due to the fact that our pieces are custom-made and tailored to the individual client.
